Phase 1

Under 11 - 13 | Foundation

Commencing Friday, 6th February 2026

8 Weeks | $280 per player

Focus: Engage, Develop, Perform.

We introduce rugby fundamentals, technique, and teamwork in a safe environment. The goal is to foster a love for the game while building resilience and self-discipline.

Phase 2

Under 14 - 16 | Expansion

Focus: Expand, Refine, Execute.

Players enhance technical skills and tactical awareness under pressure. We develop strength, endurance, and mental toughness, preparing players for higher-level competition.

Phase 3

Colts & Opens | Performance

Focus: Lead, Elevate, Deliver.

High-performance preparation. Players refine positional specialties and leadership capabilities, representing the Stockman values with pride and humility.

The 8-Week Curriculum

A comprehensive high-performance program designed to take players to the next level. We prepare athletes for representative pathways through elite technical, tactical, and character development.

Technical Mastery

  • Contact: Tackle technique & body positioning.
  • Ball Carry: Footwork & fend.
  • Handling: Accurate catch/pass mechanics under pressure.
  • Breakdown: Clean-out technique & ball security.

Next-Level Tactics

  • Representative Readiness: Understanding high-level game structures.
  • Decision Making: Problem-solving in 2v1 and 3v2 scenarios.
  • Space Awareness: Communication & shifting to space.

When does Phase 1 start?

Phase 1 (Under 11 - 13) officially commences on Friday, 6th February 2026.

Where and when is training?

Training is held at Maroochydore Rugby Union Club (4 Fifth Ave, Maroochydore QLD 4558). Sessions run from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

When do Phase 2 and 3 start?

Dates for Phase 2 and 3 will be announced later in the year. Please follow our social media for updates.

How do I pay?

Once you register your interest, eligible players will receive the Enrolment Pack via email. This pack contains the EFT payment details.

What is included in the fees?

The total cost is $280. This covers 8 weeks of coaching, field hire, insurance, plus an official Training Shirt and Water Bottle.
